Kylie Minogue - ‘Dancing’ (MUSHROOM)
Kylie surprised us last week with the release of new track ‘Dancing’ taken from her forthcoming album Golden. Recorded in Nashville along with the rest of the LP, the track exhibits some strong country music undertones - a choice pick for commercial radio right now.
The Aussie expat will look to build on her impressive Hot 100 history which boasts two #1 singles (‘Fever’, ‘I Believe In You’) and a staggering 18 Top 10s. ‘Dancing’ should have no problem convincing the majority of major networks for additions this week.
Rita Ora - ’PROUD’ (WMA)

Rita Ora has shaped up to be quite the charting superstar in recent times. ’Your Song’ (#5 Hot 100) raised the singer’s profile to new heights in 2017 with her highest chart peak yet.
Latest single ’Proud’ exemplifies the heart of Ora’s recently launched campaign called "The Open Mic Project". The track’s rocketing to commercial radio this week and, as always, looks a strong contender for Most Added.
RAYE & Mr. Eazi - ‘Decline’ (POL/UMA)
20-year-old UK act RAYE is back on the radar with her new single ‘Decline’ alongside Mr. Eazi. ‘Decline’ reworks the chorus melody from Ja Rule and Ashanti’s 2001 classic ‘Always On Time’, bearing a smooth slice of modern pop.
RAYE’s featured role on Jax Jones’ ‘You Don’t Know Me’ peaked at #10 on the TMN Hot 100, while ‘By Your Side’ with Jonas Blue reached #20. With ‘Decline’ amassing over 15 million streams already, 2018 is shaping up to be another great year for the singer.
Mallrat - ‘Better’ (DEW/UMA)
Mallrat is an exciting prospect worth monitoring as ‘Better’ gets its official service to radio this week. The youthful anthem has already made inroads at radio, debuting on the Hot 100 at #81 thanks to strong support from triple j.
Champions of Aussie music will undoubtedly have a field day with this track - if they choose to. Artists like Mallrat have proved to be the deciding difference between the likes of Ash London and her evening counterpart Smallzy in the past, and 2018 looks to be no different.
