Sydney producer Golden Features has signed a worldwide publishing deal with BMG.

The rising artist, real name Tom Stell, has had a massive couple of years on the electronic music scene, rising to prominence when his debut EP birthed the single ’Tell Me’ (with Nicole Millar).

The track that would go on to become triple j’s 25th most played track of 2014, and with a steady stream of remixes and original tracks since then that have seen him team up with the likes of Thelma Plum and Julia Stone, his star is only set to rise.

"Tom’s versatility as a writer/producer will be thoroughly exercised within BMG, giving him access to the company’s global creative network, exclusive SoundLabs, international collaborations and opportunities that only come with being a BMG songwriter," said BMG Australia senior A&R manager Amy Jarman.

"When we heard the new Golden Features music we couldn’t contain our enthusiasm," said BMG managing director Heath Johns.

"There has been a huge development in Tom’s songcraft and production, and BMG is confident that we are absolutely the right partner to take these tunes to a wider audience."

Stell said, "The team at BMG has been so focused from the very first meeting."
