Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston has died, age 22.
According to Entertainment Tonight, she passed today at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.
ET was emailed the following statement by the Houston family: "She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."
Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically induced coma on January 31 after she was found face-down, unresponsive in her bathtub by her longtime partner Nick Gordon. On June 24 she was placed on hospice care.
Police opened up a criminal investigation shortly after Bobbi Kristina was found on January 31. TMZ reported last month that prosecutors have "amped up interest" in the case and that Gordon is a person of interest.
As the only child of Houston and Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s death comes more than three years following her mother’s passing. Houston died age 48 in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton hotel room on February 11, 2012.
A singer and actress herself, Bobbi Kristina's duet with her mother, Little Drummer Boy, was included on Houston's 2003-released record, One Wish: The Holiday Album.
