Hot 100

The Hot 100 sees a new #1 this week in the form of Rihanna, Kanye West & Paul McCartney’s FourFiveSeconds, which is up from #5. Taylor Swift’s Style sees a jump of four spots to #2 from #6. OMI’s Cheerleader sees a small climb to #3 from #4. Two tracks break the Top 10 this week; Maroon 5’s Sugar at #9 up from #12 and Robin Schulz’s Sun Goes Down featuring Jasmine Thompson at #10 from #14.

Just outside the Top 10 though are plenty of fast movers. At #13 up from #42 is Lunchmoney Lewis’ Bills, making plenty of progress in its second week in the chart. Hitting #20 from #48, also in its second week, is Iggy Azalea’s Trouble featuring Jennifer Hudson. George Ezra’ Listen To The Man breaks the Top 50 at #40 up from #61, though it’s still a while away from his previous best of #8 with Budapest. This week’s most moved track is The Weeknd’s Earned It, taken off of the Fifty Shades Of Grey sountrack. The track went from #99 to #63, a total of 36 positions and is likely to climb much higher as the weeks progress.

There are only two debuts within the Top 50 this week. At #36 is Price Royce’s Stuck On A Feeling featuring Snoop Dogg. The next comes in at #42 with Klingande’s Riva (Restart The Game).

ARIA Singles

The ARIA Singles chart sees a very stagnant Top 5 this week with Ellie Goulding’s Love Me Like You Do remaining at #1, Rihanna, Kanye West & Paul McCartney’s FourFiveSeconds stays at #2, OMI’s Cheerleader at #3, Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk at #4 and Hozier’s Take Me To Church at #5. The only real movement in the Top 10 comes from Maroon 5’s Sugar moving up to #6 from #7 and Avicii’s The Nights hitting #10 from #11. The main changes in the chart this week come from debuts dotting the Top 50. At #15 is Iggy Azalea’s Trouble featuring Jennifer Hudson while Lunchmoney Lewis’ Bills enters at #21. Olly Murs’ Up featuring Demi Lovato comes in at #26 followed closely by Ariana Grande’s One Last Time at #27.

ARIA Albums

Holding #1 for yet another week is the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack followed by Taylor Swift’s 1989 which is back up at #2 from #3, now at its 18th week in the chart. Foo Fighters take #6 and #7 this week with Sonic Highways making the jump from #19 and Greatest Hits up from #40 respectively. At #8 is the first new entry, this time from Falling In Reverse with Just Like You, their third album but first to hit the Top 10 in Australia. Jason Aldean enters the chart at #13 this week with Old Boots, New Dirt, his first ever ARIA Albums chart entry. At #17 another new entry, this time from The Avener with The Wanderings Of The Avener, the producers debut album.
