Only one debut takes place within the Top 50 this week, Taylor Swift’s Bad Blood featuring Kendrick Lamar at #35. A re-entry is seen at #42 from Tove Lo’s Talking Body while two entries sit just outside the halfway point, Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP’s Soul Makossa at #56 and Armin Van Buuren’s Another You featuring Mr Probz at #57.

ARIA Singles

The ARIA Singles chart finally sees a new #1 with Grace’s You Don’t Own Me featuring G-Eazy taking over Wiz Khalifa’s See You Again featuring Charlie Puth at the top. It marks the first Australian artist to top the ARIA Singles chart this year with the last being The Veronicas’ You Ruined Me in September last year. #3 sees a debut from Taylor Swift’s Bad Blood featuring Kendrick Lamar. It's the sixth single from her album 1989 to hit the Singles chart and the fourth to enter the Top 3. Jessie J’s Flashlight makes its Top 10 entry up from last week’s debut of #15 while Rachel Platten’s Fight Song just manages to enter the bracket at #10 from #16. Deorro & Chris Brown’s Five More Hours sees a Top 20 entry up form #26, landing at #16, a new peak for the track.

ARIA Albums

Two new debuts take the Top 2 positions on this week’s ARIA Albums chart. Taking #1 is Hermitude’s Dark Night Sweet Light, marking the duo and the label Elefant Traks’ first ever #1 album. Faith No More’s Sol Invictus takes the #2 debut, their first album in 18 years marks their sixth Top 5 ARIA album. The next debut happens just outside the Top 10 at #11 with Twenty One Pilots’ Blurrryface, becoming their highest ARIA charting album, suprassing 2013's Vessel which peaked at #51 in January of last year. Brandon Flowers’ second album The Desired Effect debuts at #14, short of his previous HP at #5 with Flamingo, which was released in 2010.
