(Milk! Records)

Fraser A. Gorman has had a fantastic 2015, the release of his debut album Slow Gum a definite highlight. Skyscraper Skyline Blues isn’t actually on that record though, it’s a new single taken from Milk! Records compilation album Good For You. It’s bloody good too, a slice of breezy power-pop that recalls artists like The Lemonheads and Smudge and will match perfectly with long Australian summer days.

Put this together with the amazing material on his debut record and you can tell there’s a lot of great music to come from this Melbourne singer-songwriter. What a talent.

The compilation, which will also feature new material from Courtney Barnett, Jen Cloher, Ouch My Face and more, will be out on February 14. One to look forward to.
