The European Commission is working with the local music sector and have created the first ever formal discussions between the two entities. ’Music Moves Europe’ kicked off the 2017 edition of the Eurosonic Noorderslag conference.

The new initiative cover all major components of the European music industry, including festivals, live venues, concert promoters, the record industry, collective rights societies, and music export offices.
