Annual music industry conference Face The Music is set to return to Melbourne in November with US artist/producer JD Samson (Le Tigre, MEN) and music activist/founder of global event Un-Convention, Ruth Daniel.
The pair is among 150 speakers who will exchange ideas, inspiration and information with Australia's contemporary music community during Melbourne Music Week on Friday November 13 and Saturday November 14.
Daniel is set to introduce delegates to the work of Brazilian music group and her own colleagues Fora Do Eixo. She’ll also discuss the Off Axis Network model she is using to take Fora Do Eixo global.

Last year's event included a keynote from music legend Steve Albini and a masterclass with Grammy award-winner Hiatus Kaiyote.
