CinemaLive and Eagle Vision are proud to announce that one of the world’s hottest bands, Imagine Dragons, are coming to cinemas for a special one night only event on Wednesday 2nd March with their concert film Smoke + Mirrors Live.

Filmed as part of their current award-winning world tour, the set list features hits such as Demons, I Bet My Life and the Grammy Award-winning Radioactive from their platinum-selling debut album Night Visions. Other tracks performed as part of the concert event include ShotsGold and the never before played live Thief.

This visually stunning concert, directed by Dick Carruthers (Led Zeppelin, The Killers, Oasis, Beyoncé) was captured in front of 15,000 fans in Toronto, Canada and is a one of a kind experience for Imagine Dragons fans and beyond. Bringing it to cinemas allows fans the chance to re-live the experience and see it on the big screen. For those who were not able to make a live show, now is the chance for them to experience the concert from the comfort of their nearest participating cinema with friends, family and other fans.

A selected number of cinemas worldwide will also be screening the concert in 4K & Dolby Atmos, providing a powerfully immersive and moving audio experience for the cinema audience.

“We put more blood, sweat and lasers into planning the Smoke + Mirrors Tour than any performance we’ve given to date, and it’s something we’ll always remember. This film captures that live energy in an incredibly immersive way. We can’t wait to show it to fans all over the world who either want to re-live the experience we shared together or see it for the first time." – Imagine Dragons

About Imagine Dragons
The band’s Smoke + Mirrors album charted at #1 around the world in 2015, including the US Billboard and UK Official Album Charts, reaching gold status in the U.S & UK and platinum in Canada. Formed in 2009 the band quickly earned a grassroots following by touring extensively and independently releasing a series of EPs. After signing to KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records, the band made their major-label debut with the release of Continued Silence (a 2012 EP featuring the breakthrough single It’s Time). Once Night Visions arrived later that same year, Imagine Dragons soon found themselves on a skyward trajectory that saw the album climbing to #2 on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as the group taking home the Best Rock Performance for Radioactive at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

With the album Smoke + Mirrors, Imagine Dragons use the frenetic energy of life on the road to infuse their music with both raw tension and intense vulnerability. As on Night Visions which saw the band rack up more than 5 million album sales worldwide and 24 million track sales worldwide, the band works with sharply crafted beats and grooves to dream up rhythm-driven rock music that’s artful yet visceral.
