Kucka’s Unconditional named WAM Song of the Year

After three WA Music Awards wins late last year, poptronica artist Kucka took out the WAM Song of the Year 2014 with Unconditional, held last Saturday in Perth. The song also took out the Electronica category, for which her Honey and Divinity were also nominated. Unconditional also made it as a nomination in the Pop section.

Her win included $3,000 cash, recording time at Albert Studios in Sydney, two days of recording at Sonic Lolly and mastering by William Bowden of King Willy Sound, the opportunity for a publishing deal with Perfect Pitch Publishing, a BerkleeOnline music course, 500 CDs pressed by DiskBank and a RØDE Microphones package.
