March, Bradley launch management company for radio talent

Brad March and Dan Bradley have announced the launch of Connected Management; a boutique talent management company focused specifically on radio talent.

Connected Management’s foundation personalities are all current Breakfast talent.

KIIS 106.5 Sydney’s Jackie O, 97.3 Brisbane’s Robin Bailey, Star FM Albury’s Tom & Olly, and Hit104.7 Canberra’s Ryan Jon.

Managing Director Brad March said: "While there are larger talent management companies around, we saw an opportunity for a boutique approach focused specifically on radio talent.

We not only oversee radio talents’ careers, but also coach and direct them. We are very excited to be working with this small group of highly talented breakfast personalities ”

Dan Bradley said: "In a busy and fragmented media environment, high-calibre talent are fundamental to the success of any brand. We’re extremely proud of, and excited about, the talent we have on Connected and look forward to seeing their respective careers continue to grow."

Both Directors come with a long history in radio; March is a former Chief Executive Officer of Austereo, and former Group Program Director of Austereo and ARN, and is a Director of Marchmedia Consulting.

Bradley is a Director of international radio consultancy Kaizen Media, of record label Laneway Music, and is a former senior programming executive with Nova Entertainment and Austereo.

Both are non-executive Directors of Radio Today.

Jake Challenor, founder of Social Family Group, will oversee sponsorship and social media strategy for Connected Management talent.
