Happening on Saturday 17 June at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory, the night seeks to showcase, support and celebrate an impressive sample of some of the brightest pioneering producers, beat-makers and DJs from Sydney and beyond, hosted by Sydney’s one and only FlexMami
Having previously played hosts to the likes of Banoffee, Rainbow Chan, GL, Habits, BUOY and more, this year’s event will feature UNIIQU3 (USA), Kučka, Linda Marigliano, ALTA, OKENYO, Annie BassMookhi, Andy Garvey, Miss Blanks, Various Asses and SPORTS.
UNIIQU3 tops the line-up with her breakbeat, bass-heavy style of hip-hop. She joins the event following a huge year for the artist who has grown from throwing revered local parties and becoming a sought-after vocalist in the Jersey Club scene, to more recently signing to NLV Records, performing a guest mix on the Diplo & Friends show on BBC Radio 1xtra and touring alongside the likes of notable artists and DJ’s such as Rae Sremmurd, Kehlani, Skepta and more, solidifying herself as one of the most electrifying producers around.
UNIIQU3 will also share the stage with Australian act Kučka. Across the last year alone, Perth-based artist reached #37 on triple j’s 2017 Hottest 100 for the track ‘Smoke & Retribution’ with Flume and Vince Staples, performed at SXSW, BigSound, Pitch and Sugar Mountain festivals and toured alongside artists such as Flume, Nao and the recently announced American tour with Mura Masa, rounding out a list of impressive achievements in 2017.
Linda Marigliano will also be joining the line-up, alongside Australian electronic giants such as ALTA, OKENYO, Annie BassMookhi and more. Born and raised in Sydney and most notably known for her national drive radio program ‘Good Nights’ on triple j, DJ, musician and TV Shot Linda Marigliano has spent many years at the forefront of unearthing the best new music from here and around the globe.
