Barry Humphries (Dame Edna) is a finalist for Top Comedy Tour, along with America’s Jeff Dunham and England’s Micky Flanagan.

Texas-based C3 Presents, the Lollapalooza promoter which owns Australia’s Big Day Out, is a contender for Top Independent Promoter (US).

Winners are announced on November 20 in New York City.

In a sign of the buoyant local touring scene, the finalists for Top Tour based on grosses – The Eagles’ History of The Eagles, One Direction’s Where We Are and Justin Timberlake’s 20/20 Experience – all visited Australia.
