The creative entities shared by music industry entrepreneurs Paul Piticco and Jessica Ducrou will now operate under one parent company, Secret Sounds.

Having worked together in the music industry for over 20 years, the move will see the music partners’ flagship festivals Splendour In The Grass and Falls Music & Arts Festival unite under one roof, as well as Secret Sounds’ touring, artist management, publishing, booking and public relations arms.

In a joint statement, Piticco and Ducrou expressed their desire for the music entities to remain unique despite being brought together under the same name, while also illustrating the future benefits of consolidating the Secret Sounds brand.

“Secret Sounds is a new entity but the companies that make up our group aren’t. This joining together makes sense to us for many reasons.

“Putting our teams together will allow us to create new magic and grow our brains trust. We love our team at Secret Sounds and recognise that we wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for their hard work and determination. We’re looking forward to sharing more good times ahead.”
