Don't Fret Club is a positive mental health initiative helping to promote good wellbeing within the music industry and beyond.

It works to raise awareness of mental health conditions like anxiety and depression by providing a safe platform to help educate and empower fans, artists and those working behind the scenes in music.

“We believe in the power of podcasts and creativity to help start a positive and inclusive conversation around mental health,” organisers state.

Don’t Fret Club was awarded The Unified Grant by the Unified Music Group in 2017 for its work.

Previous podcast guests include Camp Cope, The Hard Aches, Alex The Astronaut, Papa Roach, Waterparks, Northlane, The Smith Street Band and Tonight Alive.

Listen to their latest podcast here.

Their next event is this Sunday (March 18) featuring Melbourne singer-songwriter Jess Locke joining host Jess Hope, for a free live podcast and performance.
