Australia’s leading premium ticketing company Showbiz were yesterday placed into voluntary administration by the company.

Showbiz CEO, Craig McMaster spoke to TMN this afternoon, stating: "We have been overwhelmed by the support for Showbiz from our producer, promoter and venue partners as we work through this difficult time. Our team is working hard with the Administrators to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers and clients as they explore restructuring options for Showbiz"

The company’s website contained a holding page this morning, while the company’s Twitter page has been removed. The website now contains a short statement regarding the administration. All future ticket sales are on hold, and the Administrators will be contacting customers over the next few days in regards to existing ticket purchases. Customers can also email pkflawler@showbiz.com.au with any questions.
