Queensland’s peak music association QMusic brings back its free Industry Connect workshops from April to July.
The workshops are aimed at musicians, performers and industry workers.
The six-part program takes participants through the process of setting up a music industry business and releasing a song into market.
In addition, six will get delegate passes, flights, and accommodation to attend BIGSOUND in Brisbane September 4—7 to further their education and widen their networking.

QMusic says the workshops are free but space is limited, and encourages participants to sign up from this month.
Since launching in 2017, the program has helped 556 artists and music industry practitioners navigate the contemporary music industry landscape.
2018 will see Industry Connect delivered across an even greater number of regions, expanding to Toowoomba, Ipswich, Maroochydore and Noosa for the first time and returning to Cairns, Brisbane, Nambour and the Gold Coast.
