As Holly Throsby's supergroup Seeker Lover Keeper with Sarah Blasko and Sally Seltmann drops a new single, one of Throsby’s other projects has found a new lease of life.

The ABC is turning her best selling debut novel Goodwood into a series.

Filled with character and humour, Greenwood is part mystery, part coming-of-age-love-story.

It is set in a small town which is torn apart when two of its residents go missing.

Throsby explains: “One of the central themes of Goodwood is the relationships between people, especially between strong women.

“It is so fitting, and an absolute dream for me, to have such an incredible group of women in charge of bringing my book to life on screen.”

The TV series is penned by Alison Bell and Sarah Scheller of ABC hit comedy The Letdown and produced by Alice Bell and Claudia Karvan.

Executive producers are Imogen Banks (under her Endemol Shine Banks banner), Sally Riley at ABC and Keli Lee at ABC Studios International.

Bell says: "Holly has a knack for storytelling that lends itself perfectly to television and I’m excited to work alongside Sarah and Alison in realising their own version of Goodwood.

“Claudia and Imogen are my collaborative dream team and we are grateful to have the dedicated support of the ABC and ABC Studios International”.

Meantime Seeker Lover Keeper follow up the new single ‘Let It Out’ with two shows in July, at Sydney's Lansdowne Hotel and Melbourne's Northcote Social Club.
