Sounds Australia, AIR and PPCA calling on Australian independent labels to take part in the Australian delegation to the American Association of Independent Music’s (A2IM’s) Indie Week in New York City this June.
Last year’s members-only Indie Week conference featured over 700 music execs, including those from WIN (Worldwide Independent Network), MERLIN and IMPALA, from over 15 countries, including Australia, UK, China, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Japan and New Zealand.
This year’s delegation will also take in SyncSummit in NYC, a two-day networking event for music supervisors, heads of music in visual and interactive media (TV, Film, Video Games, Advertising, the Internet and Mobile), label executives, publishers, composers, artists, technologists, brand managers and service providers.
10 representatives of Australian labels will attend Indie Week and SyncSummit. Interested parties must complete the survey by Monday February 2.
Indie Week 2015 will be held in New York City from Mon 22 to Fri 26 June. SyncSummit will be held in New York City Thu 18 and Fri 19 June.
