Splendour 2016: Playing Times & Lineup Additions

Splendour in the Grass 2016 is just around the corner…like next week! It’s time to start planning your festival pleasure schedule but before you head to the app store to download or update, we have new faces and spaces to announce!
 
Camping onsite and wondering what to do on Thursday night? Our [not so] TINY PARTY at the Tiny Dancer Stage kicks off at 6.00pm and you’ll want to settle in for the night with the likes of Touch Sensitive, UB Boi فوق بنفسجي, Fortunes, Charles Murdoch and more to keep you on your tiny toes. Plus, we’ve got a surprise act planned (cause we know that totally fucks with everyone’s heads!), but you’ll have to wait!
 
And if you’re in town…every year Secret Sounds throws a legendary pre-party at The Northern in Byron Bay and it’s back with one of the biggest line-ups in pre-party history! The Avalanches, The Kills, Methyl Ethyl and more. Tickets on sale Thursday at 9.00am and they won’t last long.
 
For those touched with the wanderlust, Marigold Majestic presented by Contiki will take you on an exotic journey, a cacophony of sound and colour, with workshops and performances to inspire your senses. Drawing on the cultural delights of India, you’ll experience spectacular colour parties, Indian dance, traditional drumming, Bollywood inspired yoga classes, flower ceremonies, henna drawing and more.
 
Then as the sun sets, the Marigold Majestic will continue to bloom with performances from some of Australia’s premiere electronic acts including the Beyond Bollywood AV Show by Sampology, Kato, Jayteehazard, Frames, Tyler Touche, U-Khan, Shantan Wantan, Nes, Bad Deep DJs, Ego, Jesse Porches, Ariane, Bennis Denis, Rui., Tigerilla, Barry Sunset, Luen, Post Percy, Ray Borner, Jazzie Jaz and Undr Cntrl DJ’s.

VEHICLE PASSES
