PRESS RELEASE:

In collaboration with Google, Spotify has announced it is coming to Chromecast.

Spotify has also made it easier to discover and connect to devices like PlayStation, Smart TV, and bluetooth speakers.

Spotify will be available on the new Chromecast, with existing devices receiving a firmware update over the next few weeks. Spotify Premium subscribers will be able to play their music through the new Chromecast Audio.

Spotify now supports hundreds of device models from the world’s leading brands, including speakers, home audio systems, Smart TVs and gaming consoles.
