The X Studio will launch The XCast, a world-first social broadcast site, which will be broadcasting live content across the globe during ARIA Week.

Also launching is its new entertainment venue X54 on Saturday 22 November as part of ARIA week, with Guy Sebastian set for a special performance coinciding with the release of his new album Madness. Guy’s performance will be the first to be streamed live across social media networks like Facebook and Twitter.

The XCast will be used to broadcast content produced in the The X Studio which has been specifically created for the new social media channel.

Founder and creator of The X Studio, Ron Creevey, said, “We are thrilled to have Guy performing at the opening of X54 as a part of ARIA Week. This space is so more than just a venue where you go and see a gig. His cracking performance is going to be part of a much bigger party that is going to start from the second you walk into X54”.

As part of ARIA Week, The X Studio will be hosting the Universal Music and Redbull Music Academy showcases and is a major event sponsor of Kings Cross IGNITE: Heat The Street, a joint initiative with The Live Music Office, APRA AMCOS and the City Of Sydney from 2.00pm on Sunday, November 23.
