PRESS RELEASE:

Following an extended period of studio and writing hibernation Stateside, Sydney outfit Tigertown have today returned; signing to Inertia Music and unleashing an almighty roar in the form of Bullet From The Gun.

"Premiering overnight on Beats 1 and Fader and set to the tempo of pounding drums, Bullet From The Gun bounces playfully along a pulsating bassline with trickling synth. But don’t turn your back - not even for a second - as “Bullet From The Gun” smiles blissfully while it tightens its grip on the knife concealed behind its back. The track was produced by acclaimed Producer Tommy English (BØRNS, Lady Hawke, Robert DeLonge).

Prior to releasing Bullet From The Gun, band members Charlie and Chris Collins spent time in the US working with an array of renowned Producer/Writers including English, Chris Zane (Passion Pit, Friendly Fires), Tim Pagnotta (Plain White T’s, Walk The Moon) and Captain Cuts (Marina and the Diamonds, Grouplove), as well as with St. Lucia, who they join on tour when they return to the US for SXSW this February and March.

Bullet From The Gun will be featured on the bands forthcoming Lonely Cities EP, out Friday, February 5 on Inertia Music.

‘Lonely Cites’ EP is out Friday, February 5 on Inertia. Pre-orders available now.
