Diplo has been a busy man recently, producing a lot of Madonna’s new album and working his Jack Ü collaboration with Skrillex pretty hard, but that didn’t stop him. Jillionaire and Walshy Fresh dropped a new track under their Major Lazer guise earlier in the week.

Lean On is the first proper taste of the upcoming third album for Major Lazer, and on this track they’ve enlisted French trap producer DJ Snake and rising Danish singer/songwriter MØ to help craft a stunning single that hints back at their 2012 hit Get Free. In this new track, the dancehall vibes typical of Major Lazer have been toned back into a sultry bass led groove with splashes of tropical house sounds.

Diplo has said that on Major Lazer’s upcoming LP Peace Is The Mission, the team have worked with a vast array of guests including Pusha T, Gwen Stefani, Ellie Goulding, Travis Scott and Ariana Grande, but they’ve been keeping details pretty under wraps. We’ll see the finished product mid this year.
