Eight years on from the release of their debut, a lot has happened in that time to The Last Shadow Puppets, aka Alex Turner and Miles Kane. Alex released three hugely successful Arctic Monkeys albums, Miles disbanded his band The Rascals to go solo and subsequently released two albums, and the lads themselves have grown and matured a lot.
Once again teaming up with producer James Ford and composer Owen Pallett, Everything You’ve Come To Expect builds on the darling ’60s pop sentiments of their debut, veering into more expansive sonic territories and luscious orchestrations.
