FEATURE ALBUM

Jarryd James - Thirty One
[Dryden Street Ltd/Universal]

With Platinum certifications in Australia and a Gold certification over the ditch in New Zealand, Brisbane's Jarryd James has swiftly proven himself to be one of the most gifted songwriter exports in recent years. Breakout singles Do You Remember and Give Me Something offer a sense of composure despite their lyrical panic, and on co-writes with Pip Norman (Undone) and Julia Stone (Regardless) James plays the weathered heartbreak nostalgist well, coating the tracks in R&B reverence.

Produced with Norman, Joel Little, Matt Corby and Malay, Thirty One isn't about continuing the spirit of his influences, it's an invitation into the timeless world of Jarryd James.

Thirty One gets its official release on September 11 through Dryden St/Universal in Australia/New Zealand and Interscope in the US.
