Lismore-hailing sister duo No Frills Twins have signed on to judge a singing competition taking place on a new app called ’8secondz’.

The Universal Music Australia-signed act recently released their new single ’Lonely With You’, and will now judge 8-second videos of contestants signing their 2017 tune ’Got My Eyes On You - Luke Super Glue.’

Real names Vanessa and Arna Rogers, No Frills Twins will take part in a mentoring session with the two winners of the 2018 ’Sing It To Win It’ competition.

"We’re so excited to be a part of this brilliant new platform that gives other young singers the jump start we all need,” said the duo.

“We can’t wait to see the entries and mentor the winners. We hope our experience, tips and knowledge can help them!"

The twin sisters rose to prominence off the back of a cover of ’We Can’t Stop’ by Miley Cyrus which was shared by British YouTuber Jamie Ryan Dee (Jam Jars), and their first original single ’Love Me Tender’ was released in 2017.

No Frills Twins are the latest artists to participate in the platform, which was developed by Sydney-based company Nunber1Best Pty Ltd and is available on iTunes.
