Boy & Bear’s second record Harlequin Dream looks set to make a massive splash across the other side of the earth, with lead single Southern Sun scoring many notable radio additions in the US and UK last week.

In the US, the track was the #2 Most Added track on the Triple A format (the clumsily-titled Adult Album Alternative format - basically, bands with songs); it was added to 62 official CMJ 200 college radio stations, and was the Most Added track to non-commercial radio.

In the UK, monolith BBC 2 has added the single to rotation, as has alternative arm BBC 6.

This all bodes well for the group’s upcoming tour, which starts in Glasgow on February 20, swings through the UK and Europe throughout late February and March, hits the US for a run of March and April dates, then ends in Australia - with a national regional tour kicking off April 13 at West Coast Blues ’n’ Roots Festival.
